I. MISSION

To train intermediate-level human resources and other training programs, linking with colleges and universities to contribute to the improvement of knowledge and the development of information technology and communication, meeting the diverse learning needs of students; researching and applying information technology and communication, organizing and participating in other activities to positively contribute to the development of information technology and communication in Ho Chi Minh City and the country in the context of international integration.

II. OBJECTIVES

Trung Cap Thong Tin – Truyen Thong Truong aims to become a strong vocational education institution in various aspects of intermediate-level, basic-level, and continuing education; providing regular training in accordance with regulations with suitable time, methods, and forms of training that meet the requirements of each training program, ensuring flexibility suitable for different learner groups, and meeting the needs of information technology and communication development and human resource development planning in the southern region; collaborating with other vocational education institutions, colleges, and universities to enable learners to have seamless educational pathways based on legal provisions.

Development direction:

By 2030, the school aims to establish a reputation for high-quality vocational education, meeting the demand for skilled labor in the developing country and reaching the standards of ASEAN-4 countries. The school must become a model of modern vocational education and training, aligning with the country’s development trends and international integration.
